_{So my boyfriend's sister's best friend was diagnosed with MS a few months ago.  Well today there was an MS Walk and she participated with a team of around 50 of her friends and family members.  Her mom wanted to hire a photographer to get pictures of her team throughout the event, so my boyfriend's mom suggested me.  I gladly accepted the job!  I've never participated in any sort of sponsored walk fundraiser before, so it was definitely a neat experience.  I had a good time and got lots of great pictures!

This afternoon I was baking biscuits, and when I went to take them out of the oven the part of my arm that was right above what was covered by the oven mitt touched the inside of the oven door. OUCH!  I burned my arm pretty bad!  So yeah, I'm in quite a bit of pain right now.

So I got a 3DS!  And I got Nintendogs + Cats!  If anyone else has a 3DS and wants to exchange friend codes, just send me a note!

Today I found out one of my favorite clients is moving away!  I'm so sad!  I'm really going to miss sitting for them!  And then a cat I sit for passed away recently.   He was very old, but I'm still very upset about it.  He was an absolute sweetheart, and I miss him a lot!

All of my pets (and foster pets) are currently doing well!  My dogs went to playgroup today!  They had fun!  Hopefully I'll be able to start taking them to work with me starting this week!  I just need to find their vet records first!  Haha, right now Rosie is looking out the window because she heard something outside and Fernando is crying because he's too little to see out the window!

So my hairdresser has to move and can't take her dogs.  She's already found a home for one of her dogs, but her bulldog Duke still needs a home!  I absolutely adore this dog and really want to see him find a good home.  He's 2 1/2 years old, purebred registered English bulldog, crate trained, UTD on vaccines, great with kids, great with other dogs.  He's an absolute sweetheart!  And he's very low energy.  He would just love to sit on the couch with you all day and watch tv.  Just a great easy going guy!  He's located in Raleigh, NC. I mean honestly, how can you resist that face???  I don't normally help out people who get rid of their dogs just because they're moving.  (Because more often than not they create a cycle where they buy dogs, move and get rid of their dogs, buy new dogs, then move again and get rid of those dogs, and so on and so on and it just adds to the problem that millions of pets have to be euthanized every year because there aren't enough homes for them all.  Pets are not disposable!  They're a lifetime commitment!)  BUT I happen to be particularly attached to this dog.  And so I really want to see him find a good, loving home.
